Hurricane Dolly...

Are the rest of you south Texans hunkered down, like we are? I'm currently in Edinburg, and they expect landfall at Brownsville tomorrow around noon, last I heard.

Lots of sandbagging and buying of supplies going on here in the hideous old RGV.

Stay afloat, folks.

Near Austin but my thoughts and prayers are with all of you down there!

If you find yourself in San Antonio, kiss my beautiful grand daughters for me.

I'm in tornado country (North Central TX), but I hope you all remain safe and unharmed.

I'm originally from Northeast Texas, near Tyler, so I know how the 'nados go, too.

Thanks :)

Good luck! Hopefully everyone stay safe! I live in Galveston so far just wind and rain

Hi there! I'm not in south Texas. I am in B/CS quite a way from Brownsville. We will definitely keep you all in our thoughts and prayers! At the same time, we selfishly ask for a little rain up this way . . .

Stay safe!

I'm originally from Brownsville, TX. living in houston, tx. and currently attending nursing school. I will keep my eyes open if disater hits in those towns, so I can go out there and help out in whatever I can. My prayers are for the RGV.

Here in San Antonio it's pretty quiet. I'm hoping that the newscasters are right and that we'll get a couple of inches out of it. We really need the rain.

Stay safe down there!

Well, that was fun while it lasted. :)

Thanks for all the well-wishes!
