Experienced RN pay in Michigan?

I am finally moving to Michigan in June. I am still very curious about what RN's are making around the great state of Michigan? Please share some of the "good" places to work and approximate pay rates. Thank you.

I've been an RN for a little over two years and I make 27.11 plus shift diff.

What city are you in?

I worked in Royal Oak and now I work in Detroit. It just depends on the hospital and I guess how many raises they give out. I've only worked in Detroit since January. I started off a bit lower than what I was making in Royal Oak, then I got a raise about 3 months in.

Varies greatly between areas of the state. Same as it goes in any other state. Where are you going to be moving to, and then it will be much easier to make recommendations to you, rather than the other way around.

Suzanne is correct. It does vary.
