1) the substance which holds the neural retina against the pigmented layer is the _______. vitreous humor? i think this is the answer, but can't find anything in a book to support it. vitreous humor is responsible for causing the eye to hold its shape; it makes sense that it would exert pressure that would hold the neural retina to the pigmented layer. anyone else????

i'm only certain about #3. look up endolymph and see if you agree on #2. i'm not at all sure about #1, but it was my gut instinct, and when i looked it up i didn't find anything else. but i also didn't find anything to confirm it, either.
