You think 48 hours is bad!!!

It's day 11 since I've taken the NCLEX-PN and not a word yet! I'm going outta my mind I been trying to keep busy, but you can't help but wonder, worry, cry. I'm in California so it takes forever, do you guys know should I be getting it soon? Should I start stalking the mail man hehe jk! Trying to keep myself in good spirits but its hard....keep me in your prayers guys thanks! :p :uhoh21:

I just now saw this thread. Why do you not check online? Isn't there also a line you can call to get results a little faster that costs a few bucks...

Check out the online verification site... If you passed, your name will be there. If your name is not there, it doesn't necessarily mean you failed... it could mean they just haven't processed your test yet. Its worth a try...

I heard that you have to pay the board of nursing (LVN) before the even send you your license and post your results on the internet, I'm in California so I'm not sure, Its been 2 weeks today and I'm still waiting going nuts....they don't offer the telephone confirmation in california...boo!!!

When I took my exam in 2003, I found out by looking it up on the BON website. I clicked to verify licenses. All I had to enter was my SSN and either RN or LPN. Try that. Keep us posted.

If you've paid for your exam and fees... you should have already paid for everything, right?

In California you pay a fee to take the NCLEX-PN and then after you get your passing results back you send in another $100 for your actually license... IT sucks... I got my results on March 21st and sent the $ on the 22nd and I havent gotten my actual licnese yet... and my name isnt on the website yet either and I know I passed.... it really bites :o
