Years of experience

How many years and what type of experience did you have before you applied to CRNA school?

I have 2 years of NICU experience and so far 6 mo of CVICU and want to start applying this fall.

Just curious to know everyone else's experience....

    Go ahead and apply... I have 6yrs CVICU and I just got admitted into the same program with a new grad... Plenty of CRNA programs to go aroundí ½í¸Š

    I currently have 11 months as a Trauma ICU nurse. I was hired as a new grad. I will have 1.5 years of experience when I start CRNA school in January. Apply. The worst that can happen is they say no.
