I was thinking that also. i'll have 2 years in CVICU in February. I could definitely use the extra money for school. So it's something to think about.

The reason I asked if anyone has taken a break is bc I would like to also do travel nursing to save money for school. I have two specialties cvicu and nicu. After doing some research I've learned that nicu pays a lot more. But I'm not sure if I should leave the adult ICU world before school starts...

Does anyone plan on taking a break from nursing before they start school? Or did you take a break before starting school? Just want to get some opinions on taking a hiatus from nursing before starting a rigorous program.

Congrats!! I interviewed in June for 2016 admission but did not get in. They suggested I take a class at Barry bc my GRE scores were not the greatest and apply again for next year. Hopefully I will be joining you.

Hi- I would like to start traveling sometime around February and was just wondering when I should start applying for licenses and reaching out to agencies. Any help/tips you can give me to help me start this journey would be great. Also, I have two specialities. NICU and CVICU.
