It was not bad at all! But it was also my last exam so it was a bit of a refresher, a lot of the material had been touched on in other tests. Plus I'm used to the style questions. It was a lot of critical thinking and the practice exam was VERY helpful. Make sure you know your sensory disorders and issues related to end of life care, chronic illness, and cultural differences.
