I have a phone interview scheduled with BCBS soon for a position of Medical Procedure RN. Anyone out there working for BCBS? I am interested in company culture and what to expect.

    they review and approve/deny procedures and medications. i have to call them all the time. they also have some that offer medical advice/support to patients and communicate the pt's concern to the md when the pt is unwilling to.
