Wonderlic Tests

Published

Hello fellow students. Can anyone please help me and tell me whats on Wonderlic Tests? I am trying to study and dont know what exactly I need to be studying. I freshen up on my science a little. And bout to start on my math. But how far deep do I need to go into science? Is Chemestry and Physics involved? What kind of math is involved as well. I will appreicate any and every feed back I recieve.

Thank you very much.

It is very easy, if you passed high school in the last 20 years, you will pass the Wonderlic. It is basic math, like you get paid $1000 a week. Your rent is $500 a month, utilities are $200 a month. How much money do you have left to purchase other items. SOoo easy.

There is no science on it.

Hi :)

I took the Wonderlic test a month or so ago at Kaplan. It's realllly easy. A lot of the questions are common knowledge questions. Some are basic math problems, adding, subtracting, multiplying, etc. for English, there are questions that are similar to:

If red is to apple, then yellow is to "fill in the blank". The only tip I have for you is, do not waste your time trying to solve the longer or difficult questions. The good thing about the Wonderlic is that they do not mark any wrong or skipped answers. So be confident in your answers! Good luck! :)

Thanks!!! What happens after the Wondelic test? How's that tests?

Why are you taking it?

I had to take it before the recruiter at one of the schools would talk to me about the different programs they had. If I wanted the LPN program I needed at least a 12, for the RN program I needed a 16. ( I got a 21)

Once the test was graded she went over my options. If I had decided to apply there, I would still have needed to fill out an application, take the HESI and do the interview. It was just the first hurdle to get over.

Good Luck!

I'm taking it for the LPN program. I took it today and passed. Had to get a 18 for theLPN and a 24, for the RN. I got a 22. So looks like, I'm moving to the next round which is, Kaplin test. And I gotta take the TEAS for another school, I'm applying for. Do u knw if the Teas and Kaplin are alike? They are both nursing enterance exams. And I really jus wanna study for one and take both. What do you think?

At my Kaplan campus, you need 21 for LPN and 24 for RN. I scored 23 for LPN and 25 for RN. After you take the wonderlic you take the KTP test. It's pretty lengthy. They give you about 3 hours to take the test. It starts off with reading, math and then writing. It's all computer based. Multiple choice. They give you scratch paper and there is a calculator provided on the computer.

I'm sure you'll do great. :)

Hi, i am currently a cna in paris france for already 14 years and i am about to move back to the Us and take the lpn courses, but i havae to take the wondelic test and the KPT for Kaplan university. All you post makes me feel better to what i am supposed to expect but i really wonder a lot for the wondelic test. I practiced one on proprof.com and passed, i wish it could official. But however it the wonderlic test is like what? Cuz the verbal i found on my iphone apps is very hard! And al the wonderlic test study guide are very complicated dont think you can answer these question in 12 min sounds way too short. Thank you in advance if can elaborate more and give a few tips nd example about those test!
