I dont know much about RN or what all the requirements are, but my Fiancee is currently attending ACSAT in PI and we plan on her being here in a few months. In addition she is going to try and take her RN exam while she is there. Can this be used in the state of California? If not, what other things will be required? And can some of her cert schooling be used for credit in a BA RN program here in CA? Again, im not very smart when it comes to all this stuff.

You have tagged as the Philippines. You or your Fiancee is aware of the issues currently facing International trained nurses? If not suggest a read in the Nurse Registration forum

She will need to pass the NCLEX to work in California.

CA, here you go...click HERE: https://allnurses.com/international-nursing/end-phillipine-nursing-885162.html
You will need to submit such a certificate to the school of her choice to see if any of it will be accepted, don't be surprised if none of it is and better to start from square 1.
But the certificates I'm sure will not be accepted as any form of transcripts by the CA BRN.
