Where are you?

It seems that the only post that people are on is "bon secours...". And how about people living more in the north of VA it feels like only southerns are posting.

I bet you guess that I am from the north but it will be nice to have more Rn and student talking about school in fairfax, loudoun, princewilliam county too. And coomunity colleges as well.

Thanks for your answer...I will need to Eng111 and math? I need to take the math placement test. And It will take me a long time because I won't be able to go full time. I am planning on doing 1 to 2 classes per semester.

one more thing, go to your closest library and check out some books on English and Math, work through the practice tests; then retake your NVCC placement tests, you might be able to test out of English and Math and save yourself some time and money. That's how I worked it.

I didn't think one could test out of ENG 111, maybe I'm thinking of another class. I know for the math, one just had to score high enough. BUT when ya get to orientation and if ya fail the math test given, then one has to take a certain math course, can't recall the class #. Best of luck
