When am I eligible to apply

OK for the past year I've worked with an agency. Over a year ago I worked for xyz facility but in the last year have not been sent on any shifts there and xyz facility is no longer my client. Is there still a conflict of interest if I apply at xyz facility since I am still working for this agency. Agency paperwork states there is a 6 month waiting person after the assignment before you can apply but does that mean after working that assignment or just working for the agency in general.

I don't see why you shouldn't apply for a job at the facility if it's been over a year. Go for it!

If you have not been at the facility for that length of time, I would go for it. Don't go by the agency employment, because you could stay with the agency for the rest of your life, and thus never be eligible for hire at any of the facilities that you ever worked at while on the agency payroll. No sense in that.

You are eligible to apply any time you want. If there is a time frame regarding when you are eligible for hire, the facility will let you know. Go for it and good luck.

Thanks. I put in my application on friday. I figure the onus should be on the facility and not on the employee.
