What's your record...

for being stuck on the phone with a parent?

Now, I don't mean consulting or discussing pertinent medical issues, etc. I mean, you're stuck because they're a talker and they're really talking about nothing, but you don't have the heart to say I gotta go.

New record for me this morning at 18 minutes!

i had a mom call to ask me about one thing and then try to get an opinion about her twenty-something pregnant daughter. Uh, nope. I don't do babies! She is a sweet lady though. When she heard that my daughter wants to play softball she said she'd give me her youngest's outgrown cleats. Sweet!!

Lol. I don't have this problem, so far at least. I am not a phone person, so I am pretty good at getting off of it when I'm done.

I have pretended that a kid has presented to the clinic and they are bleeding. "Gotta go!"
