What would you do?

What would you do if a nurse walked up to you, (very close range) and squirted a syringe full of vaccine onto your upper body clothing and then laughed about it being "wasted" on you?

Not cool what the nurse did. Gives those of us who work hard a bad name when this type of behavior happens.

Thank you all for your responses. I felt it was assault and told my friend who agreed.

She did report the RN (who by the way, has been nursing since the '60's), and the nurse was reprimanded by the nursing supervisor and "other higher ups" is what my friend, an LPN who witnessed it happen to another co-worker, told me.

The co-worker it happened to also reported it but didn't take out an assault charge.

My friend said this nurse has a bad reputation as "acting like the queen bee and a know-it-all" at her place of employment. I know if I had been that co-worker, I would have definitely reported the nurse as well as take out a warrant for assault with the police dept.!! It's the most bizarre thing I've ever heard of in my life, for a nurse to have done something like that to a co-worker or anybody for that matter!
