Sigh. I don't need to give "correct information." The parent may research if s/he desires. I do give every parent who exempts the standard speech though:
We have had pertussis, measles, and varicella in the county. If we have these in the district a decision will be made about the best interest of your child. This decision may include absence of up to 14 days as s/he is not vaccinated.

I feel the same - I don't need a law on the books to tell me to give "correct information" in educating the parents about how to get around the immunization laws. The parents should have already figured this out when deciding not to immunize - surely they have run across the info in their "research".
Parents that choose not to vaccinate should walk into my office or the registrars office with the Affidavit signed and notarized correctly without me saying a word to them or having to ask for it.

Uggg, NOOOO!!! My view on giving info on how to get an immunization exemption is the same as how I feel about lice. DON'T ASK, DON'T TELL!!!
Now, if someone asks me specific info, etc - I will be happy to share my knowledge and expertise.
