I need to purchase a new step counter, etc.

A few months ago I started walking an almost 3 mile loop in my neighborhood first thing in the morning. I am NOT a morning person (or an exercise junkie), but this has actually stuck and made me get up earlier (before it gets intolerably hot) and get going. Although sometimes it may be less than 70 degrees when I get started, the humidity is still there, and by the end I am dripping wet. UGH But I feel like I've accomplished something good for my body. (At least that's what I keep telling myself)

I do feel much better after a few months of doing this...so I guess I will keep it up.

I use an app on my Apple watch.
