Weaknesses?

We've all been asked this question....but how do I answer it?

I tend to think weaknesses are a bad thing, so how can I put a positive spin on it? How many should I use? Which ones should I use?

I have an interview tomorrow morning and I'm sure I will be asked this and I would like to be prepared.

What are your weaknesses? How would you go about answering that question?

I recognized that my weakest area is lack of education, so I am remedying that by going back to school.
