Wake Tech Fall 2017 start

Hi all! Just wondering who will be applying to the Wake Tech RN program in January, for the Fall 2017 start? I'm finishing up BIO168, BIO175, PSY241 and SOC210 this semester. If I can maintain all As, and get 12 points on my ATI TEAS, I'll have 161 points. Based on the last two classes' initial acceptance ranges, I feel like I'll be an alternate. :dead:

Nope I didn't receive mine and no it wasn't a holiday because I still got mail unfortunately.

Anyone receive letters today? Was today a PO holiday?

Let's hope for today! Anyone out there receive alternate letters yet? I haven't heard of anyone getting them, only acceptance ones. Hopefully none of us are part of this group, but it would also be nice if they notified those who got denied completely so at least no one would be left wondering... if I still haven't received anything in tomorrow's mail I'm going to go up there and find out what's going on because I don't know who to call who would actually know and be able to tell me anything.

The way I calculated points I would have 160 and I still haven't received anything and someone got accepted with 161 so I'm right on the border or accepted or high alternate.

Exactly. Am I the only one who wishes they had some sort of automated engine online that could tell us our actual points when we apply? So then at least we wouldn't be stuck worrying later on that we somehow did something wrong. It's kind of weird how they don't ever actually tell us what THEY calculated our points at, since from what I've been told they do it manually.

Right exactly I know

Does anyone know who I can directly contact in the nursing department to find out more? Ms. Watkins can only tell us so much and I find it kind of screwy that there seems to be no one else we can reach out to for more specific answers or information. At least that I'm aware of and I've been trying to figure out who I can talk to but don't even know where to start :\

I am in the same boat, with the points I have I should be either accepted or a high alternate but have not received anything in the mail yet. I live less than 30mins from Raleigh. It's very frustrating.

Still no letter for me. Anyone else receive one today? Accepted, alternate or denial?

Still no letter for me either.

Still no letter for me either.

I don't understand why some of us haven't received a letter. Even if we didn't get accepted, we should still get a letter saying so.

Exactly or at least for alternates also but I don't think if it wasn't complete or what not you won't get a letter I guess but I know mine was because she told me via email when I submitted it. One person on here got accepted with 161 points and I have 160 so I would be accepted or at very top of alternate so either way should get a letter I really don't understand what's going on. We have less than 3 weeks to orientation.

I haven't received a letter. I did, however, receive an email regarding a scholarship opportunity that I would have to apply for before the 30th of this month. Did anyone else receive that? It states that if I still plan on enrolling to the fall semester to apply. I'm just confused as to why I would get that if I didn't get in. Also, I live in the 27603 area code which is notorious for delayed/horrible mail delivery. I typically receive my mail a week late.
