Visa Screen Certificate application

I am trying to do a visa screen certificate!

Do I send “Request for Validation of Registration/

License” form to both my nursing council in the UK & Ca BORN.

I have just contacted my nursing & midwifery council & they inform me I have to first fill out an application for the vsc, then I will get a number & then I can send off all the forms of requests to school of nursing etc. I assumed I should do it all at once!

Do I send photocopies first with the vsc application? & do I include authorization to release info & payment-this is too confusing.

Should I apply online first? :angryfire

Must I submit my original documents for review?

Yes and no. CGFNS/ICHP accepts clear and legible photocopies of secondary school documents for evaluation. However, CGFNS/ICHP will only accept original verification from issuing agencies. All validation of registration/licenses and the applicant's professional school's transcripts must come directly from the issuing authority to CGFNS/ICHP. In addition, since CGFNS/ICHP verifies credential authenticity, CGFNS/ICHP maintains the right to validate any documentation with the source agency.

Payment should also be included when you send in your payment. The application actually has forms that you just need to send out and then the receiving party completes them and sends them in with the required information. You only need to actually send in your application and payment directly to CGFNDS/ICHP.

And use the form from there for verification of passing the NCLEX exam, same form whether or not an actual license has been issued.
