VA written recommendations

This is the most I have ever posted here, and I attempted to look for a topic that already discusses this.

I am in the vetting process right now for a VA position. They have asked for 3 written and signed recommendations, and suggested that the recommendations include how I fulfill the 9 dimensions of nursing. I am looking for examples online, and I cannot find anything. I also have to do my own writing on those 9 dimensions, and I am so utterly lost as to how I should compile this "portfolio" of sorts.

I know people here have gone through this process, and I am asking for some assistance. Maybe even to show me part of their own so I can have some idea as to what this should look like. I have read their requirements for their nursing levels, and everything I am seeing makes me think I should be a Nurse 2.

Anyone have anything for me?
