UTMB Fall 2018

I wonder why they haven't sent out the rejection letters. Does that mean they haven't sent out all acceptance letters either if the spots are full?

Hopefully that's the case! My bf says if we haven't heard a no, it could be that they're waiting to see if anyone was accepted de odds to to go to another school and they might have more spots open!

Omg yes hopefully that is the case!!! You just gave me a little hope!! Lol well we'll see what happens, hopefully they send more acceptance letters tomorrow!

That's what I hope too, wouldn't make sense to know who you're waitlisting if not everyone has been rejected. I've been checking my spam email too lol

I don't think there is any specific way things are done (as far as admissions/denials/ being waitlisted) and I dont think we should waste our time worrying about it based on what someone else has heard. Just hope for the best! Stay positive!

Congrats on the acceptances. Can anyone tell me what the deadline is to respond by for accepting the program that is listed in the acceptance email? Just wondering if that may give any indication of when more notifications may go out to those on the waitlist.

No it didn't. Mine hasn't changed, not even before my interview. Did yours change?

Here I am 2:30 am looking at the fall 2017 forum, giving myself some more torture! Lol sooo I saw some people were still getting interviews in May! And Some were even accepted in July (they had been waitlisted though). But that's crazy that's still two months away! I'm guessing I was right, they wait to see how many spots are filled after they send a round of acceptances to see what spots they have left. Well I gotta be up for work at 7 .

Yes, I think it was a couple of them who were later accepted after being waitlisted (for the same semester). And one girl was accepted earlier in the spring after being waitlisted.
