UTA Spring 2010

Is anyone out there applying at UTA for the spring? I was wondering, if we are asked to interview, what month would that be? and does anyone know when they send out their final decision? Also, what goes on in the interview? Any tips? pls?

I met with my advisor today! I had to meet with him to give him my updated transcript since two previous attempts to mail it to him failed. My transcript was for maymester. He was really nice and re-assured me that everything looks good and he said he was sure I qualified for the interview; I almost fainted from joy when he said that, lol. I am glad I went there today. He said they were going to try to mail stuff out earlier than Sept this year, but it didn't look like it since they are short-staffed by two. It's already Jun 17...yay...only 3 more months...

im taking online pharm right now, it has been keeping me busy  first test is on sat! wish me luck!

I heard that it is not as hard to get into the Spring than it is in the Fall at UTA. Is this true? Is that because more people are entering the fall semster rather than the spring?

goopsy you are all over the boards. i really hope you get in. idk if UTA is like TCU, but the way they have their nursing program set up, the students who go to TCU entirely are ready to start the program in the Spring, giving less students in the fall, so maybe thats how it works at UTA. You're in my prayers, good luck.

I just had my first pharm test, so I haven't been on here in like 5 days, and I just thought of some questions like the one i posted above lol. thanks, again. I hope I get in, like you did!

u know, i was disappointed a little. I made an 85. But she said the first round of grades is usually low...so hopefully I do better next time! I feel pretty happy about it though.

Good Job Goopsy thats a good grade considering the class is online! :)

85 is a good grade especially for pharm. keep up the good work.

Took my second test on sunday for pharm. not bad. I would recommend pharm online if you can teach yourself.

So...its officially been a month since we applied! Two more months to go until we find out if we got an interview! how is everyone doing?
