UTA Fall 2021

Hey guys! I couldn't find a forum for Fall 2021 applications at UT Arlington so I decided to create one! I hope to connect with others who are going through the waiting process.

    There were 3 in our little group that 9.0 and above that were waitlisted.  There were 3 that had in the 8.3ish range (between 8.3-8.4) Lots and lots of people are applying!!

    Do you know how some people with lower scores are getting in and those with higher ones aren't?

    I really have no clue.  I wish I knew their system though! It would make planning my next steps much easier.

    I feel like many factors need to be considered. Not just total points, but also priority, and locations. I think I got in with a lower score because I only selected less saturated locations.

    They said it will be "by the 26th".  My guess is since today is the first deadline for InPlace it wouldn't be before todays cutoff for when they had to drop people.
