UTA Fall 2013

I thought I would start a thread for those applying to UTA for Fall 2013; AP or on-campus. I will be applying to both and am hoping to find a job at a partnered hospital before the January 5, 2012 deadline.

Are yall applying with any considerations?

Previous degree is my only consideration.

When I apply.... Spring 2014 for fall acceptance, I will be applying as a partnered app. Beyond that I have no considerations :)

Oh neat! Do you mind explaining the whole partnered thing? :) I'm confused to as what that means.

My GPA sucked, and i still got in...

i think I had 3.3 or something

Nurseadam, did you have any considerations?

Can you give us a little insight into what a typical week is like for you?

Three considerations - previous baccalaureate, 30+ credit hours at UTA, and 12+ hours of natural sciences at UTA.

Were you partnered? How do you like it? Is it difficult? Any info would be greatly appreciated. :)

Has anyone taken the first Patho exam yet? Is it super hard? Worse than the homework? I'm scared to take it just yet; still going over my notes. :/

My plan is to take it tomorrow. I think it will be like the homework; it will just seem harder because you can't refer back to your notes.

I took my first patho test last week. It wasn't tricky and pretty straight forward! If you studied the notes you will do great! :)

Are any of you applying to any ADN programs? I am a transfer student with no considerations so I have less change of getting into UTA's. I'm deciding if I should just keep applying until I get in or take the ADN route.
