US license verification sent to wrong address

HI fellow nurses, I just want to ask what should I do if my US license verification was sent to wrong address? I applied for license verification in Vermont for my visa screen and send it to where I sent my application when I applied for nclex-rn exam and later I found out through their site that I have send it to wrong address. I keep e-mailing them to ask if I have to resend it again and until now they are not replying. I don't know what to do. I know it's my fault but do I have to resend it again to the right address? how about the payment I sent together with my application, do I have to repay again? Please help me on what to do. I will really appreciate it. thnx.

Ms. Aprille Morrison (sent you her email address in PM) is usually prompt in replying. Make sure you send her during office hours Eastern time ( 12 hrs behind Manila time).

Contact a person from the wrong address and follow-up if they received your verification form with payment. If they got it, then request it to be sent to the right address(probably they are under the same office but different department). This is what I'm gonna do if it happens to me, your choice though.
