Update: Possible Flu for Fran???

Hello allnurses siblings, :)

I just spoke with Fran who informed me that all day today the staff has been entering her room in isolation garb due to a positive blood culture test. She's guessing she has the flu. :o

I've told her about the outreach of prayers and good thoughts for her on this BB, and that made her day. She has received several calls from allnurses members wishing her well. She is NOT lacking in good humor however, and had me laughing. :chuckle What a real trooper our Fran. :kiss

I told her I'll call her as much as I can, and hopefully DH and I will get to visit with her in the flesh after Christmas when we drive to PA to see his folks who live close to the city where Fran lives. That made Fran's day too. :)
