I am still waiting for an invitation, hoping they would give enough time for me to fly (i live in ohio...)

Did you interview on Wednesday as planned? I know the snow closed down a lot of schools. I interviewed the Wednesday before.

yes the interveiw went as planned. Although they were tempted to cancel, but they knew people had made special travel arrangements and they went through with it.

Hi guys!

I applied to UMDNJ, but have not received anything regarding an interview. Does that mean that I'm not invited for one, or that I just haven't heard yet? I know they received my application because I received a letter regarding that.

Hi,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news - they interviewed on the 7th and 14th of February and said that they would make their final decisions by first week of March. Maybe you could call the school and find out why you didn't get an interview, that way if you are interested for next year you will have more information re what they are looking for. Good luck.

Thanks Vin. It's OK because I was accepted into Columbia's program, but I was just curious as to what UMDNJ's story is.

Well those of you who didn't hear from UMDNJ's program...count it as a blessing...the program truly sucks and be thankful for getting into Columbia's program..it's more money than UMDNJ's but as the saying goes you get what you pay for..you pay very little and that's exactly what you get in terms of education...very little. I truly regret turning other programs down for this program where the education is sub-standard at best and I'd be surprised if this school keeps its accreditation. Run for the hills!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am curious what you do not like about UMDNJ's program. I was accepted to Columbia, but rejected from UMDNJ. I really took it to heart and was disapointed because I heard that UMDNJ was more difficult to get into. I didn't even get an interview there and I was accepted to Columbia without an interview.

I have applied to this school for the Fall 2011 class. What about it makes it so awful? Any info you have will be appreciated. Thanks!
