UF's Generic BSN Program Fall 2012

Hi Guys! I haven't seen any threads for this coming fall semester for UF, so i decided to start one.

I'll start by saying my name is Naomi & I have applied for entry into the GENERIC Fall 2012 BSN program. I'm a Jacksonville, FL native and I am praying for this acceptance so I can get started with nursing school, finish, and start my career. I am super excited because I love Gainesville and UF. I think it is a terrific school, as I have a few friends who attend there. When I applied I had a 3.31 overall GPA, and I'm not quite sure how to calculate my science GPA, (if anyone can help me with that, I'll definitely appreciate it!) but I feel I wrote a great essay, so hopefully along with that and my prayers, I will get accepted. I am already claiming it!

Well, I wish you guys who applied the best of luck and I hope to see you all this coming fall semester. =)

I guess this can be a means of communication for those out there with any questions or comments regarding the application/review process, or anything else you're curious to know.

    does anyone know if we will have a hold on our account ? i just checked mine and it has a hold and ive asked prob 6 people that also attend UF and none of them have holds? this is worrying me.

    Well I am a transfer... I read forums from previous years about holds and someone wrote that it has nothing to do with if you got in or not. Be optimistic. The letters can't come soon enough...

    yea i read those too. i've asked a quite a few people that also attend UF currently and no one else has holds. I cant see that being a yes or no since it seems like no one has holds.
