I would call admissions for your application and make sure it goes through.

The application is a one page and it just asks for prerequisites and grades and TEAS scores. That's about it for all I know. Hope this helps and good luck! 

     Thank you!! It looks like I can access it since I have a UCF ID. Unfortunately admissions is closed right now but I’m planning on calling as soon as they reopen on Monday. The application seems easy enough to fill out so it shouldn’t take much time at all. I appreciate your help!

Do any of you have to do the petition for your courses for some taken out of state? I just saw it at the end of the application. I'm hopeful they'll still take it, even though the application says it should have been done a month ago. If you did have to do the petition, what was that process like? Is it super involved?

Hey guys! I have already been accepted to UCF for Summer 21, and have completed my application for the ABSN program as well. I already have one green check mark. I am not too confident about my scores tho. I’m really anxious and want to get in to badly. Does anybody feel comfortable sharing their grades/GPA/TEAS score 

Hi.  Yes, you have to already be accepted into UCF to apply to the nursing program. Even though you can access the application, it will be denied if you aren't enrolled into UCF already. 

As for sharing stats, I've already been accepted into UCF. I submitted my application for the nursing program on Jan 1st. My overall GPA is 3.64, my Science pre-req GPA is 4.0, no repeats. My non science pre-req GPA is 4.0, no repeats. And my TEAS score is 93.3.

Mine I'm not too hopeful with, to be honest. I might apply to the Fall program, too, for Orlando and Cocoa, and I think I'd have better luck with one of those. But, my GPA is 3.77, Science prereq is 3.93, nonscience prereq is 3.7, and my TEAS is 85.3. Here's hoping!

Your scores are great! I think you have a great chance. My overall GPA is 3.6, prereq is also 3.6, and my TEAS is 85. Not too confident, but you never know. I’m also thinking about applying to the fall traditional BSN too! How do we do that tho if we only applied into the Summer term? We have to be enrolled for the right semester (meaning we would have to apply into fall at ucf). I want to apply to traditional too but I’m concerned we won’t be able too since the application is open feb 1-15. How do we go about doing this if we only applied into Summer term?

I had to do it over the fall and it's basically just writing a one paragraph explaining your situation and then attaching the petition document. It took them about a week to two weeks to get back to me and approve the petition. Hope this helps!

On the application it says to list 7 prerequisite courses already completed. Did you guys just list 7 or all 8 prerequisites required?

I went ahead and listed all 8on mine.
