Saw a lab value mnemonic on hear, liked it but wanted to change it to the correct lab values and add HGB/HCT because I get them confused. Hopes this helps someone.
On vacation I ate 5 bananas (K found in bananas) with 11 glasses of milk (CA found in milk), read 2 magazines (MAGNESIUM) about 4 rare fossils (PHOSPHORUS). Spent $145 on napkins (NA) and $105 on clear heals (CL). Did 25 bun exercises (BUN) and drank 1 and a half of a creatinine shake (CREATININE). Hitched a 45 mile ride (HCT) with 3 idiots (INR) to the fair where I met 65 hunks (heparin PTT) who trained 14 pets (PT) to eat 15 medium rare hamburgers (HGB).

I would never remember that LOL. If I had a memory for that I'd just as soon remember the values themselves haha

I would never remember that, seems easier to just memorize the most common lab values. But if it works for you :-)
Maybe im weird because it totally sticks for me, to each its own...
