Turn down a job

Hi guys, I'm a new nurse , 7 months old precisely, I was looking for a job after my facility closed and I got a job yay I sign the offer letter, but miraculous the very place I was dreaming to work in is looking for staff, one of my friend brought me an application given from her supervisor, and I feel so close to get my dream, job but I feel so bad to turn down the job who already welcome me, is this situation familiar to anybody, what you will do?

There's no decision to make yet. Apply for the second job, see what happens, and then worry if you need to.

Agree, you don't know if you will be offered a job at the other place

and for what it's worth? You do what is best for YOU personally, emotionally, and financially. Managers do, and they know most nurses do as well .
