Anyone studying for transition?

I'm currently studying for transitions how are your studies coming along

Does transition equate to collaborative and or capstone courses in nursing school?

No. It's transition from LPN to RN. A lot of nursing history & theory

Did you guys take the transition test yet? How was it ?

I'm studying for transitions now. How are you tackling it? Just registered for the exam.

Transitions was dry and boring!!! Follow the EC content guide know your theorists and what they did, ethical and legal stuff, from the standpoint of an RN. I used sg101 and got an A along with the practice exams and sg has audio to so you can listen and learn :whistling:

Working on A&P right now. Hope to be done with that exam by the end of June. After skimming Study Group 101 notes while looking through the EC Transition Study Guide, it appears to be straight forward enough. The information looks just the same has what I encountered in a Fundamentals/Basic Nursing course I took in 2009/2011. It isn't the most "can't wait to read this" kind of material, I'll tell you that. It looks like memorization material to me.
