totally FREAKING 2 days out!

Hello fellow nursing students, I am taking my nclex wednsday june 18 and feel like rescheduling it. I have comoleted the kaplan course and have done 82 percent of the q bank questions and now have a 55 percent. My scores are ranging from mid 50s-high 60s. I made a 58 on trainer 7 and a 63 on my diagnostic test before the course. The decision tree is confusing me as my anxiety builds. I am doing 100 questions a day and reading rationales, but feel sick about wednsday. I feel like I am doing horrible on kaplan q bank. HELLLPPPPPP!!!!!!

You will do fine. Trust me when I say I've searched and read about Qbank and trainer scores. Most in the 50's end up doing fine. It feels very low but realistically, it is rare to read about anyone averaging higher than the 50's to 60's on Qbanks.

I take mine on Wednesday too! I would not reschedule… no use in putting it off and letting your anxiety build up more and more.

I take mine Wednesday too and I'm using Kaplan to prepare.

Yeah it just feels like Im failing them. My instructor said 60 percent is good, but I guess I look at a 60 as an F.

Me too. My biggest obstacle is not second guessing myself and being more confident in my knowledge and ability.

"but I guess I look at a 60 as an F"

Definitely the wrong way to look at it. Show me an A student who has scored in the 90's overall with Kaplan.

Take it and do not let the test define you. If you reschedule the chances of you finding another testing time in the next couple weeks is slim. I was advised to take the test as close to graduating as possible. You will end up hurting yourself in the long run if you put it off. I will be sending you good vibes on wednesday! Try and be confident and take a day off tomorrow and try not to think about the test.

I take my boards in VA July 2. I took a Kaplan live review scoring 60-65 on qbank. I enjoyed the live review and hope it all helps. My school put us in a 3 day ATI review and I did not like it. I also have 3 week access to NCSBN and that has been helpful as well. Good Luck on the boards wednesday let me know how it goes. For me I am not sure what review to focus on the next two weeks. Not sure where I should put all my time. Any suggestions are appreciated.

NERVOUS TEST TAKER!!

Same Here! I test wednesday and that is my biggest obstacle.

Get it over with!

I'm taking mine Wednesday as well. Looks like there are a lot of us testing Wednesday! :)

Good luck!
