Tip for new nurses who need help with time management

On my days off, I like to play computer games. I stumbled across this game called Carrie the Caregiver and it really reminds me of what life as a nurse is like. Have to balance patient care with good hygeine, and also try to make time to eat so we could keep our own energies up. Check it out! It's fun and it helps make my mind move faster! :chuckle

I became addicted to this game!

OMG!! I love addictinggames.com! I tried to play Carrie the Caregiver but it didn't seem to work for me....maybe i'll try again...I really wanted to see what this game was like..:(

I tried Carrie tonight and it was fun....trouble is that I only got 6o minutes free trial and I'm too cheap to buy the version.!!

That's neat! Thanks for sharing.

you don't have to download the game in order to play it. On addictinggames.com, they have the online version. Only difference is that you are only allowed to go up to a certain level. To tell you how much faster my mind thinks now....when I first started playing the game, I had a hard time getting passed the level that has 5 baby tables. I kept sending babies to the NICU and my score never reached the goal. Now when I play the online version, I can consistently reach the goal on the very last level the online version allows us to play (the one that includes the happy babies). But just like real life nursing, I have a hard time finding time to actually boost my energy bar towards the end :lol2:

Thanks!
