On a similar yet unrelated topic.. where is my tax credit for not having kids and adding to the population? I mean... CA is mulling over not charging certain property tax that goes to pay for public schools.. if they don't have kids themselves. It won't pass but what a grand idea.

I agree. About $1500 a year of my property taxes go to fund Anomaly School District and I've not had any kids either, Mini2544.

But, then again, I'd rather contribute to urchins' education, as uneducated urchins are more difficult with which to deal.

One reason is because the accreditation and benefitting agencies need to stay afloat and have a reason for existence.

Bam! Administrators respond with a knee jerk reflex and nursing assessments then have drop down indicators for identifying high risk hangnail and possible papercut patients!
