I took my nclex-rn exam for the 3rd time and it shut off after 75 questions. I tried for 4 days to review my quick results and called nscbn several times to see what was going on for them to tell me my results were being investigated. Now 5 days have gone by and still not able to review my results so after calling nscbn again and being told they are still reviewing my results. I tried again after several hours to find out I failed. My question is why would you investigate my results if I did so bad that my vomputer shut off after 75 questions and I failed.

The exam is always checked twice however some other things are taken into factor like how quick you did the questions or if there was a query on the fingerprints
I know they check the results twice but they don't do an investigation that is something totally different because I received an email stating my results were being investigated by why would you delay my results to investigate an obvious fail. If my test shut off at 75 that means I did so poorly that no matter how many more questions I did I was going to fail or is that I did so poorly last time and did so much better this time they had to question my results.

It does seem odd. Are you sure you failed?
Yes after I was told by a nclex representative my results will be available by this coming Monday or Tuesday and wasn't satisfied with that answer I called nscbn again and was told by their representative that my results were still being reviewed and that she couldn't give me a time frame on how long the investigation will take, I decided to check my results anyway a hour later and surprise my results were available and I had Failed.

So what is it you are asking? You have your results; you failed. It was an unusually long time to be in limbo, but the result is still the result. I'm not sure what you are questioning?
