The age thing..

Helloo..

I am in my second semester of nursing school and will graduate, May 2007. Upon graduation, I plan to work in the CVICU for a year and then apply. Maybe even work an additional 2 years and apply. I'm 37 and single and I will be 38 upon my BSN. Did anyone go to NA school around my age? I don't know why, but I feel like I waited too long to come back to school and change careers and NA school seems so far off for me. Does anyone feel like me?

I graduated from nursing school at age 37. I will be 43 next week and I will graduate from FNP school next year. you'll be fine!

Who cares? Live while you are alive.

I would say that at least half of the students in my class are 30+ years old. A couple of them even have kids in college. Good luck to you!!!
