Test Codes for Affinity!

Hi All ~

I singed a contract for IPN and am getting testing for Affinity. I have a hx of opiate usage and so I'm sure I'm getting the usual testing for it. I also dabbled in Kratom as well during a relapse so I'm curious if I'm getting tested for this. 

Does anyone know what the test 791750 test for? It's clearly a "special" test that not on the usual checkboxes on the sheet. Do you think it test for Kratom? And what else? Also full opiate panel? Curious if Buprenorphine is added to these panels as well. 

While we're at it, if anyone can list their test code and the respective panels that they know are tested for, we can keep a running document for others to see. I'm a firm believer that if I'm paying for these expensive tests, I deserve to at least know what's in it.

    Codes don't matter. Case manager commonly do add ons to any panel, and you think you are only being tested for what's in that panel, but you are being tested for far more. Common add ons are Neurontin, Inhaled Gases, Propofol, Lyrica, Benadryl, Salvia, K2, Spice and many more. Testing codes mean Zilch

    It came up this morning added to the code O-791975

    Has anyone gotten the 0-791296 one before? With so many new synthetic street drugs out there, I was wondering what this might be.

    The total cost was $96 for both tests together.

    791750 - Kratom and/or O-791975

    764550 is urine- medical professional drug screen plus ETG

    816389 is hair- 14 panel drug screen  

    792070 is blood- PEth

    701622 is possibly Ritalin

    I'd like to know what 791296 is testing. I sometimes believe it's a specimen validity test because it seems to accompany specialty tests where perhaps validation isn't bundled into the test already. I have no idea. Assume you're being tested for everything. I still want to know what I'm tested for. 🤷‍♀️

    I think we should all post what we know or can infer from our testing protocols.

    Does anyone know what 791296 is specifically?

    After some research, I suspect that this is an add-on to detect 7-OH, or mitragynine pseudoindoxyl (MP).

    The normal test for Kratom will only look for 7-OH if the preliminary test was positive for Kratom. Much of the highly concentrated 7-OH has no Kratom (mitragynine) in it, so any negative test for Kratom wouldn't be sent on to look for 7-OH.

    This is truly a horrible drug.... I work in treatment and people are coming in addicted to 7-OH and the withdrawals are horrible. It's harder to come off from than opiates.
