Teas V?

Can you use a calculator during the exam or will one be provided for ALL math questions?

Also, if you don't do get the score you wanted on a particular section, can you retake that section without taking the whole test again?

We were not allowed any calculator and there was not one provided on the computer during the exam. We were only allowed to take a pencil and scratch paper (both of which they provided).

And no retakes on single sections.

Great! I was told you get a calculator on the computer :(

I better sharpen up my skills.

Above poster is correct. scratch pad and paper only, that they provide. You have to retake the entire test, not sections.

As was already mentioned, we only got pencil and paper. But, none of the questions are terribly difficult. If you can do division, and add/subtract/multiply 3-5 numbers at a time, then you'll be fine. You really shouldn't need a calculator. Good luck on your TE AS!!

Thanks everyone! I'm very nervous.

I found the math portion to be super easy. I'm TERRIBLE at match and I only missed one question in the entire math section. Just touch up on your basics and you'll be fine.
