TEAS HELP!!!

Hi. So, starting this fall I'll be a sophomore pre-nursing major. I want to apply to Ga State's Nursing program. I know they require the TEAS, so:

1. Can you take separate sections of the TEAS or do you have to take the whole thing?

2. How do I study for it if I don't have the money to buy a guide?

I took the TEAS and passed. You should check the percentage you need to get into the program. Yes, you need to take math, reading, english, and science. That was how the test was conducted for me. There are sources online that can help you prepare for TEAS but I prefer to study a book so I can highlight and make notes. But this is entirely up to your preference.

You can't take the sections of the TEAS separately, at least I couldn't for my program. You can look resources up online, but all the best ones you have to purchase, unfortunately. Do you know anyone in your program who has an old book you can borrow?

Buy a used, unmarked book. I got mine off of Craigslist, twenty bucks. There are two complete practice exams in there. I didn't find it necessary to buy the package with an online component. I did some of the practice tests on an unaffiliated website and the material seemed in line with what was in the study guide.

You could just go to Barnes and noble and spend your days there studying

Does anybody know what score i need to get on the TEAS V to be eligible for Ga States's nursing program?

I believe each program is different, but when i took the TEAS, it just said passed on it ( i dont remember my scores or the minimum requirement for my school) and then it showed me all my percentages for each tested section, so maybe the school has it programed into the testing system for you to get a certain score? but i would think each program is different?
