Do you think that tattoos are suitable in the workplace?

I don't have a problem with them! My last hospital never said anything about them either. I have 3 and two visible.
Maybe if they were offensive?
Some people in the medical field are sometimes passed up for promotions because of tattoos.

There are countless threads already existing about nurses and tattoos/ nurses and piercings. Is there really a need to start another?
