how do is tack up for anesthesia school

hello forums! i am currently in my last semester in an ASN program. I am 22 yrs old and have switched majors a few times.

currently i have a

3.4GPA (total)

3.6 GPA (nursing school)

730Q/510V 4essay on the GRE

i plan on finishin up the BSN portion next year while working, which i have heard isnt too bad if you have the other prereqs out of the way (which i do)

i have also heard the BSN program at my school is a cakewalk compared to our ASN.

i am abou to start applying for ICU/CCU jobs next week and i see there are a quite a few open in my area, some are open for new grads (with the exception of orientation of course).

i play on hopefully applying for the fall 2012 or spring 2013 years (depending on which schools since some start in january)

does it look like i have a decent shot or is there more i need to work on from what i posted (besides acls, pals, etc)

thanks!

Leadership, in any capacity and a decent work experience in a high acuity ICU

You can always apply, but it will only serve you better to get at least 2-3 yrs of critical care experience.
