suboxone

Currently I have passed the NCLEX. I entered myself into an outpatient drug rehab facility for an opioid addiction. I know I have to take a drug test on hire to the hospital of my choice. I was prescribed suboxone. Will it be tested on my urinalisis?

You should discuss your concerns with your primary care provider.

I've heard both Yes (it does show up in a regular UDS) and No (it won't unless they're specifically looking for it). The buprenorphine part of suboxone is a synthetic opioid (partial opioid agonist).

I agree, talk to your doctor...and be sure you have your script handy just in case it does show up.

As already mentioned this is not a question we can answer hear. Please speak to your medical care provider
