Started reviewing

I have been studying for past few weeks, I take my exam next month. I am going over questions. I am studying Saunders and Kaplan. I am good at Saunders but poor in Kaplan. I heard from many students that Sauders is the best review and many say Kaplan is the best. Now I am nervous because I am poor at answering Kaplan questions. :innerconfPlease help!!:o maybe you experienced folks can guide me in right direction.

Saunders is what I used.

Good luck to you!

I find having too many study books things can get confusing. You need to decide which book suits you but I too preferred Saunders

i have both saunders and kaplan. i really dont have much of a preference, but i will say that i think saunder's questions are kinda "lengthy". i also have lippincott text which i think is good. i think in order to get good at anything, you just have to practice, practice, and practice.

for my review i am mainly using kaplan. when i first started my scores were horribly low, but they improve each time.

also, evaluate if you need to freshen up on content....

best of luck:)

There is no best. I think it's better to stick to one source, Saunders or Kaplan and go with it. NCLEX will not be like any of the books you study, but you need to go in with something. In my opinion the Saunders review book and the questions book compliment each other well.

Everyone is searching for the "use this and you shall pass" book or review course. Having taken the test and failed I don't see anything that fits that description.

All you can do is build up your core of knowledge and practice answering questions in whatever time you give yourself then give it a shot.

If I could go back I would have just practiced answering questions and taken the test closer to graduation. I waited 4 months. My studies leaned more towards the knowledge stuff than the questions.
