1st week...

I started a 12 month LPN program this past Monday...and I made it through the first week!!! There are 51 students in the class O_o and its sad to say that some should not be there...as for me Im HAPPY to be there and have faith that I will get through!

Congrats! Keep up the good work! :w00t:

[color=#2f4f4f]congratulations! the first week was one of the most overwhelming for me, but i made it through and now i am on week 10! i am in a 15-month program, so i can imagine yours is a good bit more fast-paced than mine, so it will definitely go by fast for you as well! 51?! wow! that is crazy! i wish you all well, but i feel by midterm your class will drop down a good bit. i have 17 students in my class and we've only lost one, but with 51 total and you saying you feel some of them shouldn't be there...if they aren't serious about it, they won't be there all too long. i wish you the best of luck and keep us updated! congrats! :D

Oh believe me those student who you say shouldnt be there you probably will not see them come graduation. we had 50 student in my class (a 15 month program) adn graduted with 35 i believe. and since your program is only 12 months im sure it is faster than what mine was...and mine was fast..had a test every week!! but the whole process was sooo fun i loved every minute of it.

I think we started with 42 and graduated with 25, it's not easy, you'll definately see some of them starting to drop out within a few months.

Good luck!!
