Spring 2022 Nursing Program at Suffolk county community college

Hello, all future nursing students! I am creating this forum early as I made the last forum for the FALL 2021 program. I found that this is very helpful for questions and to have a support system going through this journey. I am a current Suffolk student that is finished with all of the prerequisites except Micro. I planned to apply for the fall 2021 program but I did not get the grade I needed on the TEAS to apply so I am back at it! Never give up and keep positive! If anyone has any suggestions or helpful resources feel free to comment as this forum is for support! Thanks

I'm hoping to hear before 10/1.y issue is I'm accepted to Molloy but have to give an answer and deposit by then. Cost wise suffolk and farmingdale are better but as a last resort I'll go to Molloy.

I had got  74 on TEAS and didn’t get in for fall .. most pre reqs are done with all A’s now and I re took TEAS  and scored A 76.. I know people that got in with those scores but because so many people have been applying I feel like I will end up having to re take TEAS again .. they told me 80 or better but I applied anyway because you never know  .. best of luck to everyone ! .. now we wait

I think it really depends on number of applicants for the semester! Less means more of a chance for less then ideal score (according to Suffolk”) to get a seat ??

Thank you all! Those are great scores !

I believe competition is more fierce for the fall entrance than the Spring due to the fact of a lot of high school students that are trying to get into the program for the fall it’s not as competitive the Spring. It’s still competitive but not as much

Hello everyone

I believe around mid October we should get a response from Suffolk. I also believe and TEAS high 70 and above everyone should be good but, I do know someone that go a mid 70 on their TEAS and got into the program.

I hope this the case, because I got a 75.6% ?

I really really really really hope this the case! I applied to Spring 2022 LPN-RN.

I believe you have a shot. Someone I personally know got into the lpn-RN program with a 73. I believe it’s not as Competitive as the regular RN program. I applied also for the LPN-RN bridge. I also applied for Nassau. I got into Molloy but it just to expensive for me. I want to wish everyone good luck ?

I’m so nervous ! I submitted my application last week. ?

I wonder how many seats they have for Spring between both campuses.

32 each campus they told me
