Spring 2015 MANE programs

It's about time to start applying to the spring 2015 MANE programs. I'm sure I'm not the only one here who is applying. I thought it would be nice to have a place where we could come together and chat about our scores, the application process, and the anguish of waiting for our acceptance letters.

I'm planning on applying to Century and Inver Hills. I would prefer Century, just because it's right down the street from my house.

Anyone else applying for spring?

Thanks rn2014

I said NCC, not NHCC. Sorry for the confusion.

NCC didn't have day or night clinical choice in the application form.

So I got my acceptance letter from Century! Only thing is, it says fall 2014 lol. Anyone else get the same thing? They must've reused the same acceptance letters from the last cycle.

Mine is also contingent that I take some classes, a couple of which I'll be appealing. But there is definitely not enough time to take those before the fall haha. Either that or I'm losing my mind and applied to the fall, but that deadline is long gone.

ETA: I just noticed the top of my letter said it was written March 7th, and I'm supposed to turn my paperwork back in by April 1, so it's definitely a goof.

My letter from Century says it was mailed on July 15th, and my paperwork has to be in by August 1st. But it says I was accepted for Spring 2014, not 2015. They must have caught the mistake after some letters were printed, but didn't quite fix it.

Congratulations ShelbyaStar!

Those errors that were in your letter were by no means a mistake from your side. So don't worry.

I GOT IN!! Omg I'm so relieved!

Congratulations! Time to celebrate.

I got into the Mane Program at Ridgewater College in Hutchinson. I had a Teas V score of 83.3 and a GPA of 3.82. I applied to Willmar Campus as well as Normandale Community College. Still waiting to hear back from Normandale.

I'm new to this feed but thought I'd through my info in. I got into North Hennepin Mobility program evening and weekend program!:) With a TEAS score of 79.3 and a GPA of 3.1 (so a total score of 11.0). My acceptance letter came in the mail today, anyone else doing the mobility track or straight RN path at NHCC starting in January 2015? Best of luck everyone.

don't know why my time stamp records as 1235 am, it is currently 736 pm, odd

I am also waiting for my acceptance letter from NCC. I see that your scores are similar to mine, so you will get accepted by NCC for sure (98%).

So which of the three colleges is your first choice?

I live with my girlfriend in Hutchinson because she was going for the NDT program here so Hutchinson is my first choice. However, if I get into Normandale, we could move into my parents house and save money on rent throughout school. The only thing is that I have a good CNA job out here that I love, and would hate to change jobs. Have you heard about any differences between schools?
