So we all know the nursing profession pays big, so what do you guys plan to spend on your first pay check?

House payment, groceries, dog food, bills, etc. The check's not gonna be all that big I'm sure.

No special purchases here. I'm going to enjoy the feeling of being able to save more $ after paying bills.

We have a 6 yo Bichon Frise/Cocker Spaniel mix and a 1.5 yo Goldendoodle (Golden Retriever and Standard Poodle mix). Both are cool, non-shedding dogs. We love 'em.

All my furry children are shedders....that's why I'll need the cleaning lady:lol2:

A good portion of every check will go towards my school bill, and we also want to start putting more into savings. Everybody will get to see a dentist and eye doctor, and the dog will finally get a dental cleaning too.

And then we need to start taking care of some home repair stuff. I would love to hire a lawn service, pay for someone to design flower beds with an in-ground sprinkler system, get rid of the cheap fake fireplace in the living room and get a new one that actually works, buy a new couch, replace some windows and doors, etc. etc.

And I definitely think we should budget a regular weekly massage for me!

I would just like to pay any school loans I have, help support my husband just like he is supporting me now and be able to get my pedicure every 2 weeks. Now a days, I don't spend too much money on myself.

Well, the whole first year of paychecks will be going to pay my previous school loans...and my husbands. THEN, maybe start saving for a house and CRNA school!!!

My first paycheck is going to pay for me to take out all of my family who have helped me make it through school. My husband, my kids (who I do this for), and my parents. Then we are going to the nearest Chevy dealer to buy my husband a new pick-up truck. His is 15 years old with no heat or air. He bought me a new van while I was in school after we had our third son, so I think it's time for him now.

Security deposit for an apartment. :)

I will be moving out of my mother's house (!) and in with my boyfriend.

Unless the boyfriend isn't in the picture anymore. Then I have no idea what it'll be spent on. There's always some bill that needs to be paid though. Maybe I will get my first pedicure!
