Does anyone here get any type of special accommodations when it comes to taking their nursing test whether it's being able to be in a quiet room or even getting more time to take the test?

I had a classmate that did. Never asked her for details about why or exactly what accommodations were made, but she never tested with the rest of the cohort.

I think extra time is pretty common for a lot of documented disabilities, as well as having a note taker. I could qualify but actually generally finish pretty quickly so I never bothered. Class syllabi usually list resources for obtaining this sort of thing.

I did. I spoke with the Dean of Students. You will have to check with your school to see who deals with special accommodations for disabilities. My doctor had to fill out a form and the Dean of Students would make a lamented paper that stated a Special Accommodation. I had to show it on day one to each class, each semester. I will say that some professors where not happy about it. Also it there was a need for the professor to state something on the day of testing that had to do with the test, none of them contacted the testing center so I would know. So if they clarified a question, I wouldn't know. It also included online tests.
