SPC College

Hello, I have finished my prerequisites, and applied for the A.S Nursing at SPC College. My GPA is 3.800, so I hope it is good enough to be accepted. I will be notified by July 1st. Now I have nothing to do until July, and I have no idea what to expect? Like for example, what textbooks will I be needing? Maybe I can do some reading, just to get a hint of what to expect. So can anyone that have "been there, done that" give me some advice, and maybe a name of few books to leaf through? Thank you!

    Yeah I got that email too and thought the same thing at first. But we will see. Hopefully your husband is right! Yeah I'm trying to keep cool until then. At least I have some stuff due for class today to keep me busy while we wait. Fingers crossed, everyone!

    Glad to know i'm not alone. Did anyone else get an email yesterday about attending an information session on Orthotics & Prosthetics?

    Yes I got the same email yesterday, and I wondered about it as well. Yesterday on the Facebook page of SPC health campus, they posted the "College of Nursing Chairs" with photos of the professors. So they are preparing themselves.

    I am very nervous. I will keep you updated on my status when I get it. Good luck.

    Not only did I get the same "Orthotics & Prosthetics" email that everyone else got, I just received not one, but TWO payment plan reminders for next semester. This is just cruel & unusual punishment. Post the results already!!! :nailbiting:

    I KNOW!! :nailbiting: By the way, your post scared me, I thought you were going to write that the results are out, because I haven't received anything yet, I'm just going to start crying :cry:. I think maybe they are enjoying this suspense, they're probably sitting together reading these posts and laughing :cautious:.

    Trivine1, yeah, right?!!! I honestly think they are waiting as long as possible so they don't get deluged with the fallout from those that get rejected, right before the holiday weekend! Hopefully, I am NOT one of those people...:wideyed:

    Yes, but you can set your SPC email to forward to your regular email.
